Owning a cat means having a little chaos machine living in your home. It's as simple as that. Do not fool for the advertising. Yes, it's true that cats sleep most of the day, but the rest of the time… cats are busy committing crimes and causing chaos. Don't believe us? We are experienced cat owners and writers. We have seen cats do things you could not even imagine. We have experiences cats stealing food right off our plates. We have seen kittens shamelessly steal dogs' beds. We have even seen a cat rob a grocery store and steal not one, not two, but precisely three sausages. 

So, when we came across this viral thread of people being surprised that when cats puke, they do it in the most hissterical places and ways possible, we were surprised at their surprise.

    If there is one thing that we have learned over our years of owning cats, it's that… for the least damage all around, when your cat is puking, let them puke wherever they are. And this is exactly why. If you try to move them to a more convenient place for you, it will not work.

    Cats always want to be comfy! That's why they shamelessly sit on our laptops all the time. Because it's warm. And it annoys us. And they like that. What makes you think that when they're throwing up and uncomfortable, they wouldn't look for the comfiest place?
